Instructions for Use

• For Castor Oil Packs: Soak a flannel cloth in castor oil and place it over the desired area. Cover with plastic wrap and apply a heating pad for 30–60 minutes. Use 3–4 times per week.

• For Scalp/Hair: Massage oil into the scalp. Leave on for at least 30 minutes or overnight before shampooing.
