Returns & Refunds Policy (30 Days)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be.

Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received

In the original packaging (including any safety seals, if applicable)

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items or items with broken safety seals, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to start a return
To start a return, email us at info@pomberries.com with:

Photos (required if the item is damaged/defective or the wrong item was received)
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective, or leaking on arrival), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For all other returns (for example, changed mind or ordered by mistake), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a label for convenience, the label cost may be deducted from the refund.

Items sent back without an approved return request may not be accepted.
Damages, defects, or wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pomberries.com with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box (if damaged). We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
